We’re going to be doing something a little different for this event. After a refreshing glass of Chenin Blanc to prime the palate, we’ll do a barrel tasting of the component parts of the 2026 Elevation 393. Following that we’ll enjoy several vintages of Elevation 393 along with something special that Chef Louise will have prepared for us to celebrate the release of the Elevation 393.
