Bright yellow, straw colour. Peach, lemon and apricot skin on the nose along with a little ginger, nuts and spices. The palate shows fruit density without being too rich due to the lovely tight structure with enough natural acid (no added acid) to keep the wine fresh and vibrant. A long complex finish, still very young and will evolve beautifully over the next few years. Drink now to 2034. Enjoy with a rich fish dish, sushi, shellfish or simply on its own.
